then i went out to jog in the park alone yesterday, climbed 16 floors up and down again, spiked a few balls and carried a few weights every now and then. Guess what?i feel a whole lot better.
Maybe you guys should try too. I mean the jog alone in the park thing. It's rather refreshing.
